St. Camillus Health Center’s Fund Raising Committee is organizing it’s fifth annual Golf Tournament, and we are looking for your help!

One of the highlights of this event is the opportunity to win $20,000 CASH for a hole -in-one!
Add to that, long drive contests for both men and women, and closest to the pin contests for both men and women, and this event is one that you will return to year after year.

The 5th Annual St. Camillus Golf Tournament
Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017
Blissful Meadows Country Club, Uxbridge, Massachusetts.

The tournament will be a scramble format, with a shotgun start at 9:00 AM.

Player spots are available now for $150 per player, and will go fast. Last year’s event was a big success, and a truly fun day. We are hoping to see all of you that participated in last year’s event return this year, and hopefully spread the word to other area golfers.

One of the things that we feel is important to highlight is the fact that any and all money raised through our fund raising efforts stay here at St. Camillus. Our goal at St. Camillus is to provide the highest possible Quality of Care, and Quality of Life. Monies raised through fund raising efforts allow us to provide those “extras” that aren’t reimbursable from Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurers.

We are also looking for sponsors to help defray the cost of putting on this event. Please consider helping this local non-profit nursing home continue on its quest to make every resident’s life one worth living.

  • Tee/Green Sponsor-$300: A sign will be placed by a tee or green to recognize your donation.
  • Breakfast Sponsor-$750: Signage in all tournament related publications, and recognition during dinner program.
  • Dinner Sponsor-$1500: Signage in the banquet hall during dinner, recognition during dinner program, and on all tournament related publications to recognize your donation.

In addition to these sponsorship opportunities, we are offering two new ways for you to join us in our efforts to make each residents’ life just a little better.

  • Golf Ball Drop Raffle-$20: We are selling up to 300 numbered golf balls for $20 each. On the day of the tournament, all 300 balls will be simultaneously dropped over a target on the putting green. The owner of the ball that ends up closest to the target, will win half of the prize pool! You do not need to be present to win! Absent winners will be notified via email.

  • Personalized Flags-$100: This year, we are adding a unique opportunity. We will be selling flags that can be personalized with a photo, tagline or personal message. The first 18 flags that are purchased will be utilized during the tournament. Any additional flags purchased will be displayed during registration, and dinner. All flags purchased will be yours to take home as a keepsake at the end of the day. The last day to order your flag will be April 25, 2017.
