St. Camillus Health Center’s Fund Raising Committee is organizing it’s seventh annual Golf Tournament, and we are looking for your help!

One of the highlights of this event is the opportunity to win $20,000 CASH for a hole -in-one!
Add to that, long drive contests for both men and women, and closest to the pin contests for both men and women, and this event is one that you will return to year after year.

The 7th Annual St. Camillus Golf Tournament
Tuesday, May 21st, 2019
Blissful Meadows Country Club, Uxbridge, Massachusetts.

The tournament will be a scramble format, with a shotgun start at 9:00 AM.

Player spots are available now for $150 per player, and will go fast. Last year’s event was a big success, and a truly fun day. We are hoping to see all of you that participated in last year’s event return this year, and hopefully spread the word to other area golfers.

One of the things that we feel is important to highlight is the fact that any and all money raised through our fund raising efforts stay here at St. Camillus. Our goal at St. Camillus is to provide the highest possible Quality of Care, and Quality of Life. Monies raised through fund raising will go toward the cost of a new 14-passenger van for our residents.

We are also looking for sponsors to help defray the cost of putting on this event. Please consider helping this local non-profit nursing home continue on its quest to make every resident’s life one worth living.

  • Tee/Green Sponsor-$300: A sign will be placed by a tee or green to recognize your donation.
  • Breakfast Sponsor-$1000: Signage in all tournament related publications, and recognition during dinner program.
  • Lunch Sponsor-$1500: Signage in all tournament related publications, and recognition during dinner program.
  • Dinner Sponsor-$3000: Signage in the banquet hall during dinner, recognition during dinner program, and on all tournament related publications to recognize your donation.
  • Beverage Cart-$2000: Signage in all tournament related publications and recognition during dinner program. Includes 1 drink ticket and unlimited soda and water for all golfers.

We are also seeking out donations for Raffle Prizes for this event. Please consider making a donation of any goods or services that you may be able to provide. Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, and Bruins tickets are always a big hit. Golf related items – shirts, bags, clubs and Restaurant gift certificates are always welcome.
