Good Evening Bill,
I wanted to reach out to you to compliment your entire staff on Mingen Way. My Mom is a new resident there, only since August and I must say that as tough as it was emotionally to place my Mom, having her residing there has been the best decision. I watch the staff interact with the residents and see that they truly care for them like they are their own family. The staff are always smiling and seem like they are genuinely happy to be there.
Linda in admissions was awesome during the decision making period and then the actual admission and Shelley is truly amazing. She is upbeat and always willing to assist with whatever situation may arise. You have a great staff in that neighborhood.
I also wanted to say how impressed I am each time I walk into the building. I see how clean your facility is and also how clean it smells. I know it may seem a bit strange reading that, but in any other facilities I have visited, as soon as you walk in, there is that nursing home odor, but not at St Camillus.
Bill, in closing this email, I feel that you are definitely lucky to have such a great group of employees on Mingen Way along with the rest of your staff that keeps St Camillus looking great.
Thank you for your time.

I’ve been wanting to you to let you know that I was very happy to have had rehab at St. Camillus. Your whole staff did an excellent job, including all departments such as therapy, nurses, aides, dining room, etc.
Everything is kept clean at all times also.
I want to thank everyone for being so thoughtful, kind, considerate at all times. Everyone was simply great and deserve recognition. Also I have to say the food in the dining room was excellent also.
Thanks again and again – I would recommend anyone to St. Camillus because you are #1!
Tim, Steve and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to you and the entire staff at St. Camillus for your kindness, courtesy and help during our Dad’s stay. Your staff provided such professional and tender care to him. We’ll remember all of you most gratefully. God bless you all and fine work you do at St. Camillus.
I want to express my sincere thanks to you for helping get my grandmother transferred to St. Camillus in March. I, along with the rest of my family appreciate you finding a bed for her and helping to make her last 2 weeks of life as comfortable as possible.
I also hope that you will extend our appreciation to all of your staff for the excellent care that they gave to my grandmother. From the nurses to the supervisors to the CNA’s and down to the custodial and kitchen staff, I can’t say enough about how my grandmother and family members were treated during her brief stay.
Although her passing was anticipated and we knew that her health would not improve, the care and compassion that each of your staff showed her – and us – will always be remembered. During the last couple of nights when tough decisions needed to be made, I felt supported and reassured that we were making the right decisions for grandma and honoring what she would have wanted.
Again, thank you for agreeing to meet with me during a critical time for our family and for finding a place for my grandmother to spend her last days. St. Camillus has been a blessing to several of my family members. In my opinion, there is no other place in the Blackstone Valley that can compare!
Thank you again for your help and for continuing to provide a greatly valued service to Blackstone Valley families.

I would like to thank each and every one of the nurses, aides, and caretakers who have helped my Nana throughout these past few years.
I think the efforts that you all put in everyday sometimes do not get enough recognition. The hard work you do really does make a big difference in other’s lives. The selflessness you show is remarkable.
It takes special people to do what you all do on a daily basis. The care and compassion that you’ve shown to Betty was above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. I’m forever grateful that my Nana was very happy, comfortable, and treated so kindly while she was under your care. It’s because of you all that her days were much easier. She constantly said how she loved and adored many of you and I believe she truly did.
I just wanted you to know that when I visited with mom and dad yesterday afternoon, they were absolutely beaning and couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the sweetheart luncheon was. My dad was almost crying as he told me how beautiful the room was. And they couldn’t get over how much food there was. Dad said it was the biggest shrimp he ever saw!
My family and I continue to be so pleased with the care that Mom and Dad have been getting. Everyone on the staff has been so attentive and so helpful. Holly and David, their nurses, and Donna in Activities, have especially gone out of their way to try to help my parents stay happy.
I knew the day I first visited that St. Camillus was where I wanted my parents to be, and I am very happy that they are there.
Thanks to you and your staff for creating such a wonderful environment for the residents. All the special touches like the sweetheart luncheon and birthday dinners don’t go unnoticed.
Thanks for everything,
My Brother and I have shed many tears over the last few months… but the last few days the tears have finally been tears of joy. Mom actually seems happy. I called this morning to wish Mom a happy birthday, and she was tickled pink that she had a balloon delivered with her breakfast. I continue to be amazed at the compassion and care that St. Camillus offers to my parents each and every day.

My Mom entered St. Camillus in July of 2014; a lot had happened in the previous year. My Dad fell ill in July of 2013, and passed away in May of 2014. Two short months later, Mom became ill and entered St. Camillus for rehab. We, as her children, were so impressed with the facility and care she received we all unanimously knew this was where she needed to be. Two years later, we are so thankful for St. Camillus. The care and love shown to Mom has been such a blessing for her, and for us. She is so happy here, always says she loves it!
The nurses and C.N.A.’s are so loving towards her, the therapists keep her limber, and she participates in many of the great activities offered each day. It is such a blessing to know that each day she is cared for and happy. We are so extremely thankful for St. Camillus!
I want to take a moment to express my utmost thanks for the exceptional care that my dear late Aunt received each and every day over the past 5 years by the entire staff at St. Camillus Health Center. Simply stated, mere words can not properly convey my true sentiments. My aunt was cared for by your staff as if she was a member of their own families. I especially want to recognize her very special nurses who she trusted and loved very much; Joel, Terri and Shirley; each in their own special way always went above and beyond.
I personally want to thank you for the exemplary care that my mother received while in your care! Having such a fine facility in our midst in Whitinsville is a most wonderful asset to our senior community and their families who can feel confident, as I do, that our loving parents are in the finest of care at St. Camillus! It was purely a pleasure for both my mother, myself, and my daughter to see daily that she was well cared for. Thank you for everything.
